Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation notice 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please make sure to confirm your appointment within that time frame. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your appointment, and you will need to rebook.

Tardiness

Please make sure to call us if you are running behind schedule for your appointment. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, so we offer a 15-minute grace period. However, if you exceed this grace period, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to rebook. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

No-Show

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a $50 rebooking fee will be charged. If the fee remains unpaid, you will be blocked from making future bookings.

Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash as payment methods. We also accept payments through the Cash App using the Square app. For your convenience, we have a touch-less card reader. However, we do not accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

Consultations

If you have booked a consultation for wig measurements, please arrive to your appointment with your hair styled in cornrows or a low ponytail to ensure accurate measurements. For new clients interested in color services, a consultation is required. Please arrive to the consultation with your natural hair out so that we can properly consult

How to arrive for your Appointment?

All services include a shampoo and blowout. It is important to arrive at your appointment fully detangled. Failure to do so will result in a $20 detangling fee.

How to arrive for your color appointment?

Color services can be a lengthy process to maintain the health of your hair. To prepare for your appointment, please wash your hair 24-48 hours before your scheduled time. It is important not to scrub or scratch your scalp during this process to avoid any irritation. If you arrive without prepping your hair for color, there will be a $25 charge, but don't worry, we will take care of it for you.

Servicing Children

We service children 8 years and older who can behave properly in the chair. The parent must be present at the appointment.
