This service allows you to begin the process of creating a fully customized wig designed specifically for you.
Once this service is added to your cart and your order is submitted, you will be prompted to leave your contact information. DeNika will reach out to you within 24–48 hours to schedule your custom wig consultation, which may be held virtually or in person.
During your consultation, we will discuss all details needed to design your custom unit, including:
• Head measurements for proper fit
• Desired hair texture
• Length and density
• Parting and lace type
• Lace customization (HD lace, tinting, plucking, hairline design)
• Styling preferences
• Haircut or shaping
• Custom color options (if desired)
This consultation allows us to fully understand your vision and ensure your wig is tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and desired look.
Consultation Fee Credit
The cost of your consultation will be applied toward your custom wig order when the order is placed within 30 days of your consultation.
Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit of the total cost of the unit is required to begin the custom wig order process. The remaining balance will be due prior to delivery or shipment. Final pricing and payment details will be reviewed during your consultation.
Turnaround Time
Once your deposit is received, the typical turnaround time for custom wigs is 14–25 business days, due to shipping and processing times. Turnaround time may vary depending on the level of customization, color services, and hair availability.
